The Sushi Train does not accept new franchisees, and has no plans to franchise in the foreseeable future.
“Is the soy sauce the Sushi Train restaurants use gluten free?”

“Can I order sushi online?”

Sushi Train Broadbeach(QLD), Indooroopilly Junction(QLD), Surfers Paradise(QLD), Bondi Beach(NSW), Maroubra(NSW), Neutral Bay(NSW), Newtown(NSW), Oxford(NSW), Dee Why(NSW), Randwick(NSW), Surry Hills(NSW), Sutherland(NSW), St Clair(SA) and Grenfell(SA) serve alcohol beverages.
“Why do your prices vary between restaurants?”
As a franchisor Sushi Train cannot prescribe pricing to franchisees who can set their own price structure as they see fit in their local market.
“How can I order Sushi Train Party Platters?”

However, online ordering is not available. When you know what you wish to purchase, you can visit your local Sushi Train restaurant or phone them to place your order and pick it up when it is ready!
“Do you cater / deliver?”
Sushi Train offers party platters that may suit your catering needs. Party Platter menus are available here. Sushi Train Menu Page
However, Sushi Train restaurants do not deliver. UberEats and Deliveroo are available in some stores.
