You can purchase gift cards at any Sushi Train restaurant. Please feel free to ask the staff at your nearest Sushi Train for more information about the gift card.

Sushi Train offers party platters that may suit your catering needs. You can view our party platter options on our mobile app. However, Sushi Train restaurants do not provide delivery services. Some stores are partnered with delivery services, such as UberEats. 

Online ordering is available on the app. Please download the app to place the order and pick up at your nearest Sushi Train.

No, our original soy sauce is not gluten-free. However, gluten-free soy sauce is available upon request at all Sushi Train restaurants. Click here for more allergen information.

As a franchisor, Sushi Train cannot dictate pricing to franchisees. Each franchisee sets their own pricing structure based on their local market conditions.

Yes, you are welcome to dine with your trained assistance animal.
Please note that you may be asked to present an “Assistance Animal” permit issued by the relevant authority, or evidence that your animal has been trained by an approved provider to assist with your disability, and meets the required standards of hygiene and behaviour.

Or you can simply visit your local Sushi Train restaurant or call them if you have any enquiries about sushi platters. You may then pick it up when it’s ready.

Sushi platter prices vary depending on the store. You can check the price on the Sushi Train App by selecting the location, or simply call the store to ask.

APP

Sushi Train Takeaway app enables customers to pre-order and pay online, you can skip the queue and pick-up. The app also enables customers to use a virtual VIP card to accrue and redeem points in store or via app purchases.

1. Download the Sushi Train Tap & Pick-up app from your app store.
2. For VIP members: add your membership card details. For non-VIP members: register as a new VIP member.
3. Choose which store you’d like to order your sushi for pick-up.
4. Add the sushi, drinks or desserts you would like to order.
5. Pick a time you’d like to pick up your order (please note: orders must be within the date you place the order and must be within the store trading hours).
6. Place your order and make the payment.
7. Visit the store that you’ve placed the order with to pick-up your food.

After you place an order and made a payment on the app, you can cancel your order BEFORE the restaurant accepts. Please call to the store that you’ve placed your order with to cancel your order.

Tap the receipt icon at the bottom of the screen to see a list of your past orders. Find the order you’d like to have again and tap REORDER.

Once you download the app and scan the barcode after each purchase (or use the Sushi Train Tap and Pickup app), you will earn 1 point for every $2 spent.
*Please note that we currently use a rounding-down method, so any amount spent between $2.01 and $3.99 will still be counted as 1 point.

 

You can redeem your points anytime you like.
On redemption, 1 point = 10 cents.
Also, you can redeem points for exclusive Sushi Train merchandise.
