Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a system upgrade, we regret to inform you that the App services at Ormeau Store only will be temporarily unavailable during the following period.

Period 4/11/2026 (Wed) – 22/11/2026 (Sun)

Services Affected and Alternative Options 1. App Orders
  • App ordering will be temporarily unavailable.
  • From 4 November, you can place Pick-up Takeaway orders through the following link instead of using the App:

  • Existing VIP members only will be able to log in using their current accounts to receive 5% OFF their total order.
2. VIP Points (Add & Redeem)
  • VIP Points cannot be added or redeemed during this period.
  • However, existing VIP members can still receive 5% OFF on Dine-In and Walk-In Takeaway orders by presenting their VIP membership barcode at the counter.
3. Gift Cards
  • Gift Card purchases will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method during this period.
